Artistic leadership and coordinate artistic operations and development: create scheduling for the dancers and choreography; keep the knowledge, quality, and integrity of the repertoire active and precise to that of the choreography; set rehearsal periods; coach and train the dancers; insure clear communication between the choreographer and dancers as well as with the production team; liaison with costume and set designer and technique persons. Coordinate sales planning and scheduling of performances, workshop, outreach programs, and other performing event; prepare marketing material as written documents, photography, and film/video for publishing; organizing and planning tours, communicate with the local promoters in various locales.
